Earlier in the year, I conducted a few orchestral sessions for NYU student composers (who were tuning in remotely) as part of their final projects. I also had the pleasure of conducting Nicole Brady’s new work Neo Prefecture: palm city which will form part of the score for a new interactive project directed by Teddy Dief. Brady’s work, a piano concerto of sorts, is sublime in its rich tapestry of ideas. Check out the trailer of our recording session below. Cinematography and lighting by Hospital Hill.
